LinkLabs provides a link management platform that allows users to create, manage, and track shortened URLs with advanced security features including password protection, expiry controls, smart routing, and file sharing.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Shorten URLs to illegal content, malware, or phishing sites
• Distribute spam, scams, or deceptive content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits
• Upload files containing viruses or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for serious violations.

5. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of content you create. However, you grant us a license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share via links and files. We do not monitor all content but may review reported violations.

6. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you agree to our privacy practices.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all charges at the rates in effect when incurred
• Keep payment information current

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion for service issues within 30 days of payment.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinkLabs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
